    Luteolin (Artichoke Extract)

    Serving Amount: 400 mg (5% cynarins) // 15mg (20% forskolii)

Luteolin, a flavonoid found in artichoke extract, inhibits PDE4 in the brain, which increases cAMP. Forskolin also naturally increases cAMP levels, which is correlated with improved learning (focus), memory, and mood. The combination results in strengthening of neural synapses, otherwise known as long-term potentiation.[SOURCE]

    SerinAid® (Phosphatidylserine)

    Serving Amount: 100 mg

Phosphatidylserine is found in high amounts in the brain and supplementation has been researched to reduce cognitive decline and improve cognition, specifically long-term memory, as well as reducing symptoms of ADHD.[1] It has also been shown to reduce cortisol, a hormone correlated with anxiety. This therefore can support a reduction in intrusive thoughts resulting in improved mental clarity and increased attention.[2]

    ALCAR (Acetyl-L-Carnitine)

    Serving Amount: 400 mg

ALCAR is the acetylated form of amino acid l-carnitine, which more easily crosses the blood-brain barrier, transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria for breakdown. Supplementation is shown to improve mitochondrial function and energy metabolism, as well as increase levels of noradrenaline, the neurotransmitter associated with focus and alertness. It is also shown to be effective in combatting depression, anxiety, and brain fog.

    ALA (Alpha-Lipoic Acid)

    Serving Amount: 100 mg

Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a mitochondrial compound involved in energy metabolism and production of the cognition neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. It has a related mechanism of action to ALCAR and has been shown to boost cellular energy and protect brain neurons. Supplementation may also aid in preventing cognitive and neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and depression.

Phosphatidylserine supplementation significantly improved the ball flight accuracy of golfers as compared to the group that was given the placebo supplements.

Phosphatidylserine supplementation improved perceived stress levels during tee-off on a driving range, whereas perceived stress levels remained unchanged in the placebo group.

    Ginkgo Biloba Extract

Serving Amount: 80 mg (24% ginkgo flavone glycosides, 6% total terpene lactones)

Ginkgo Biloba is an antioxidant-rich herb that has been shown to improve brain health and cognitive functions, specifically attention and memory recall. Long-term supplementation has also been shown to slow age-related intellectual decline and as a vasodilator, it increases cerebral blood flow. In addition, Ginkgo is used to treat conditions such as altitude sickness, dementia, and tinnitus.

    DL-Phenylalanine

    Serving Amount: 250 mg

Phenylalanine is an amino acid that is an essential building block for the neurotransmitter dopamine. Higher dopamine levels in the brain is correlated with improved attention span, follow-through, and motivation. Supplementation has also been shown to improve mood and reduce stress.

    Cognizin® Citicoline

    Serving Amount: 100 mg

Alpha-GPC is natural choline compound found in the brain. Choline, a nutrient found in common foods such as fish and eggs, is essential for the functioning of the acetylcholine neurotransmitter, which helps nerves to communicate, increase attention-span & memory capacity, and prevent cognitive decline.
